Chef at sea Guest Chef Dinner with Vladislav Penov

Join us for a special dinner featuring guest JRE chef Vladislav Penov, Head chef of Cosmos Bulgaria. The dinner price is 200 € per person, (8 pax max) and the funds collected from this project will be donated to the association @udrugaunuo – which takes care of and trains people with disabilities in hospitality, children without adequate parental care for independent living and the job market through the art of gastronomy. Kala Dine & Wine is a small family-run restaurant, designed and decorated in the spirit of the island, featuring Brač stone-an eternal material woven into the history of Dalmatia. Embracing the cultural heritage of Dalmatian origin, the restaurant offers open fire cooking that brings a dash of tradition to every dish.

Chef Dino Šeparović, a proud member of JRE Croatia, crafts the flavors, while his wife Mia oversees the service, ensuring welcoming and memorable dining experience.
